Roseanne Forde is currently an Executive Recruiter for Citibank’s Consumer Banking division. Roseanne has over 10 years Recruitment experience in financial services, insurance, and investment banking on the Corporate and Agency side. She is currently responsible for all Retail Banking positions in Manhattan Midtown, Manhattan East, South Brooklyn, Central West and the Bronx markets at Citibank.
Tara Carlidge is the Recruiting and Program Manager for the Human Resources, Risk, Compliance and Internal Audit Analyst and Associate Programs at Citi. In this role, she is responsible for the strategy and execution for recruitment, training, development, and retention of the program participants. Tara joined Citi in 2007 and prior to her current role, she supported multiple other businesses at Citi on the Graduate Recruitment and Program Management team.
Prior to joining Citi, Tara served as a Personnel Officer in the U.S. Army for five years and was stationed at Fort Lewis, Washington. Tara is a graduate of the United States Military Academy, where she obtained a B.S. in Engineering Management. She is the HR Liaison and member of the Citi Military Veterans Network, and also a member of the Citi Women’s Network and Team Red, White and Blue.

Steps in statrting a Veteran Owned Business and benefits of state and government contracting led by Amy Amoroso, Director, Veteran Business Outreach Center NY/NJ.
Amy Amoroso held the position of Business Advisor at NYS Small Business Development Center from 2006-2014, then took on the role of SBDC’s VBOC Program Coordinator, 2014-2016. During her tenure with SBDC VBOC, Amy collaborated with the Arsenal Business & Technology Partnership to develop programs offered through its Michael R. McNulty Center for Veteran Entrepreneurial Activity including monthly Veteran to Veteran networking hours.
In 2016, Amy became Director of Veteran Business Outreach NY/NJ when the Arsenal Partnership was awarded the VBOC designation. Amy assists veterans, service members and military spouses with starting, buying or expanding any business. She teaches a Boots to Business program for service members transitioning out of the military and into entrepreneurship.

Milagros M. Andino started her career at the Department of Veterans Affairs in 1991. She started as Assistant Data Processing Coordinator and was recruited by the then EEO Program Manager Rosa Franco as a collateral duty Equal Employment Opportunity Counselor.
In 1998, she was recruited by the Office of Resolution Management as a Counselor, and was trained also as a Mediator, Investigator and Case Manager. During her tenure at the Office of Resolution Management she had a resolution rate of 70%, 16% higher than the overall average of Northeastern Region.
In 2008, she transitioned over to the New York Harbor Healthcare System as EEO Program Manager. Through collaborative efforts with Human Resources, and education to the staff regarding the benefits of hiring individuals with disabilities has resulted in 1 local award, 1 city award and 1 state award for the efforts of the facility in this initiative.
She continues her efforts to reach the veteran population by partnering with the Veteran Outreach Coordinator to provide work-study veterans with placement within the facility, as well as providing PAIRS training through Chaplain Services. PAIRS is a practical methodology to bridge communication barriers.
Ms. Andino is a federally certified Coach/Mentor, federally certified Mediator, ordained minister and a New York City Task Force Crisis Chaplain as well as Chaplain of the Stunt 101 Auto Club.
